Spelling bee superstars they’re not!
On ABC’s Match Game, some of the biggest laughs come from the inevitable spelling fails.
In PEOPLE’s exclusive, never-before-seen montage clip from season 4, stars hilariously struggling to spell their words, such as Raven-Symoné, who comes up with “neibor” while attempting to spell “neighbor.” She knows she’s way off, though, adding: “Siri?” to the end of her answer.
As it turns out, spelling on the game show has long been, well, an issue, as seen in the below vintage clip from decades past.
Wednesday’s upcoming episode of Match Game will feature Adam Carolla, Morena Baccarin, Johnny Weir, Cheryl Hines, Rick Fox and Pamela Anderson.
Match Game airs Wednesdays (10 p.m. ET) on ABC.
