Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski are married.

The duo wed Saturday night in a secret ceremony in Washington D.C. at the National Archives, which houses the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, Vanity Fair reported.

The couple, who have kept their relationship under the radar, reportedly chose the date because most of D.C. was out of town during the Thanksgiving break; they also made the reservations with vendors under a friend’s name and did not send out formal invitations but instead called only close friends and family to tell them the news.

“We wanted it to be really small and simple and not what you expected from Mika and Joe,” Brzezinski told Vanity Fair. “Everything we do is exposed, and everything felt exposed every step of the way, so we want this to be private until it’s over. We wanted to recognize it more quietly and have the people who are most important to us around us.”

Added Scarborough: “We made the decision a year ago to dramatically change our lives and have a low-key existence. The more time we can spend with our family, the happier we are.”

Brzezinski wore a Milly dress designed by designer Michelle Smith, a friend of hers. Scarborough wore a Zegna suit that’s part of his TV wardrobe.

Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings officiated, and a reception at Chez Billy Sud followed.

Scarborough and Brzezinski — who’ve made headlines over their clashes with President Trump — got engaged in spring 2017 at the Hotel Du Cap in Antibes, France.

This marks the third marriage for Scarborough and the second for Brzezinski.

Scarborough has two sons from his first marriage, to Melanie Hinton, and a son and daughter from his second marriage, to Susan Waren. Brzezinski has two daughters from her previous marriage, to James Patrick Hoffer.

The couple are said to be taking the week off for a five-day honeymoon.
