Billy Dee Williams set to reprise his role as that galactic gambler Lando Calrissian…for the next Star Wars installment, Episode IX. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Williams will be returning to the franchise for the first time since 1983’s Return of the Jedi. Episode IX to be directed JJ Abrams slated to hit theaters on Dec. 20, 2019.

It looks as if there may be a new entry into the turbulent waters of daytime talk.

The Emmy winning host of RuPaul’s Drag race is in the process of taping a talk show pilot. Variety reports the program which is targeted for launch in the fall of 2019 would be distributed by Telepictures, the syndication arm of Warner Bros that produces Ellen. RuPaul also developing another project…a comedy series for Netflix.
